NFTY Convention 2021 - Connect, Learn, Serve
The goal of NFTY Convention 2021 is to inspire teens to connect, learn, and serve. From the moment teens sign up for NFTY Convention until long after the event ends, everyone will have extraordinary opportunities to connect. Connection is woven throughout every aspect of NFTY Convention, from our video conferencing platform, to our schedule, the programs themselves, and everywhere in between.
Saturday, February 6 is NFTY Convention’s Day of Learning. The day will revolve around learning sessions, led by teens and adults in partnership, giving teens opportunities to learn about leadership, social action, Judaism, self care, life skills and more, all while having a blast with their friends!
Sunday, February 7 is NFTY Convention’s Day of Service. Throughout the day, we’re partnering with social justice organizations from across North America and working to make a tangible difference in the lives of others and our communities.
Whether this is your first NFTY experience or your 20th, NFTY Convention is a place for you to make friends, connect to our Reform Jewish community, and to take action.
This year, we’re bringing NFTY straight to your house with a virtual NFTY Convention! We’re incredibly excited that more people than ever can get in on the fun. We are all tired of Zoom, so we are using an alternative virtual platform to host NFTY Convention that will allow us to meet as a full group for our only-at-NFTY Convention experiences, while also allowing us to break into smaller groups and make personal one-on-one connections.
It’s easy to think of this as one more thing we’re missing out on in a year of COVID-19 cancellations, but we are choosing to look at this as an incredible opportunity. We hope you are as psyched as we are for this amazing weekend full of laughter, learning, ruach (spirit) , fun surprises, and all the things that make NFTY so special.
Registration is open now! The earlier you register, the more cool stuff you will get. In the meantime, check out our FAQs which include highlights of the weekend. We cannot wait to see you February 5-7, 2021 at our first ever virtual NFTY Convention!
